Position: Part-Time Employment Coach / Job Skills Instructor

Ideal for: Retirees, educators, and professionals looking to supplement their income – especially during summer months.

Job Overview:

Support individuals in their employment settings by coaching and teaching them how to carry out their job responsibilities effectively and appropriately. Many of the individuals supported work in government or professional environments, so we are seeking reliable, professional staff who are:

Patient and encouraging

Skilled at mentoring and teaching

Strong advocates for individuals with disabilities

Qualifications:

Prior experience in education, social services, or coaching is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dependability and professionalism required

Current Openings Include the Following Availability:

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Flexible part-time hours are available based on assignment needs.
