We are hiring Onsite Managers! This assignment has part-time hours starting 4/9/25 - 8/1/25

Job: Onsite Managers

Pay: $26.50/hr

Start Date(s): 5/11, 5/12

Key Responsibilities:

- Manually manage Bluecrew attendance policy to align with internal policies

- Track and manage Bluecrew headcount

- Help lead orientation for new starts

- Assist with time punches and timestamp adjustments

- Monitor and help ensure KPIs are hit during weeks 4, 5, and 6

- Work closely with Managers and provide feedback to CMs

- Screen CMs before start dates and support overfill coordination

- Join and contribute to weekly sync meetings on Wednesdays
