We’re a growing home services company looking for a Operations Manager to lead our crews, keep jobs running smoothly, and help us continue to grow. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of daily operations and be the go-to person for both our team and our customers.

What You’ll Do

Kickstart the Day – Meet the crews in the morning, assign tasks, and make sure they’re ready for the day’s jobs.

Close New Work – Talk with prospective customers, explain our services, and help secure new jobs.

Keep Jobs on Track – Visit job sites to prep, monitor progress, and ensure quality.

Manage Supplies & Scheduling – Order materials, coordinate timelines, and keep our calendar organized.

Build Relationships – Be the main point of contact for customers, including homeowners’ associations.

Lead the Team – Support and guide our field staff, making sure the work gets done right and on time.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Leadership – You’ve managed people or crews before and know how to keep things moving.

Clear Communicator – You can talk confidently with both crews and customers.

Organized & Reliable – You can juggle scheduling, materials, and site visits without missing a beat.

Problem-Solver – You can think on your feet and keep jobs on track.

Experience – 2+ years managing crews or field operations in construction, roofing, HVAC, or a similar trade is preferred.
