- Design and code applications following specifications using the appropriate tools.
- Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Analyze detailed system factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution.
- Responsible for the analysis, design and development of critical web applications with a series of workflow requirements.
- Participate in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews to represent work reviewed for adherence to standards and specifications.
- Write or revise program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards.
- Creates RESTful webservices.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.

- Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
- 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic Application Server 11g/12c, Oracle 12c Database, Oracle 12c SOA, XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP/JAX-WS) and Operating Systems (Linux and Windows).
- Must have recent Oracle Application Development Framework experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Spring, Struts, JSP and JavaScript.
- Strong learning ability to support existing complex JAVA, J2EE applications and Oracle Reports.
- Strong XPATH, XQUERY, XML development knowledge.
- Analysis, classification and maintenance of system data and data relationships. Develop data models necessary to support a system's functions and operations.
- Ability to monitor client system database(s) in order to make sure services are secured with a minimum downtime.
- Ability to manage the maintenance and improvement of databases which include upgrades and rollout.
- Convert design specifications into software modules using industry standard programming methodologies.
- Experience in version control (SVN/GIT).
- Experience in utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
