Apply today and contact Grace Nowlin at (202) 998-8423 for additional information.Responsibilities: Handle administrative functions such as setting up files and documenting intake processes Work closely with external legal counsel on various tasks Review, manage, and possibly revise contracts as part of contract management Track and update policies and procedures regularly Assist in the implementation of legal templates Participate in the management of green projects financing Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel for various tasks Manage the flow of information, ensuring smooth operations within the legal office Handle commercial contracts, contract renewals, and legal agreements Address complaints and handle claim administration as part of the role Draft legal documents and handle legal correspondence as necessary Support in briefing and calendar management activities.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for handling and processing digital documents Experience with Case Management Software to manage and track legal proceedings Familiarity with LexisNexis for efficient legal research Knowledge of Management Systems to streamline workflow Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis Ability to handle Billing Functions related to legal services Experience in Briefing to effectively communicate case updates Skills in Calendar Management for scheduling appointments and deadlines Expertise in Claim Administration to manage and process legal claims Ability to handle Complaints professionally and effectively Experience in drafting and reviewing Commercial Contracts Knowledge of Contracts and Contract Renewals to ensure legal compliance Experience as a Corporate Paralegal, handling corporate legal matters Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of Paralegals Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, managing litigation cases Understanding of Corporate Legal matters and procedures Ability to Draft Legal Documents accurately and efficiently Experience in creating and reviewing Legal Agreements Previous role as a Legal Assistant is an advantage Understanding of Legal Compliance to ensure all operations adhere to laws and regulations Experience in drafting and reviewing Legal Contracts Ability to handle Legal Correspondence professionally and efficiently Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
