Role PurposeNBCUniversal, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies, is seeking to hire a regulatory paralegal for our Washington, DC office.Job DutiesMaintain master FCC calendar of license terms and filing deadlinesAssist with FCC licensing coordination, including prooing and filing applications and other documents in LMS, ULS and ICFSLiaise with company personnel in support of FCC periodic reporting obligationsSupport preparation of regulatory compliance training materials and oversee internal compliance audits periodicallyMonitor FCC Daily Digest, Federal Register and other sources for deadlines and other matters affecting NBCUniversalCoordinate with Finance regarding preparation and submission of quarterly and annual Universal Service Fund reportsPartner with with FCC staff to troubleshoot filing systems and other mattersLead coordination efforts for the Regulatory Affairs team’s project management dutiesProvide additional support to the team as needed
