Join a dynamic, hospitality-focused marketing team supporting top restaurants, bars, and lifestyle brands in the DMV.

Key Responsibilities

Manage influencer outreach and relationships on behalf of clients

Maintain and update curated lists of content creators

Coordinate invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups for visits

Track visits and content performance in client spreadsheets

Follow client and firm protocols for communication and reporting

Provide thoughtful feedback to improve future activations

Recommend strategies for integrating influencers into events and campaigns and staying on trend and on brand

Plan influencer nights in collaboration with clients and the AGM team

Support broader marketing initiatives as needed

Attend occasional in-person events

Qualifications

Live in DMV

Available for a minimum of 10 hours a week with availability between 9 AM - 6 PM, and room to grow to 20+ hours/week

2 + years of experience in hospitality and/or lifestyle marketing, with a focus on social media

Hands-on experience managing social media influencer campaigns

Strong writing and communication skills

HIGHLY organized; comfortable with Google Drive, Asana, and other shared project tools

Proficient with Canva or similar platforms for basic visual creation

Positive, solution oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a creative team environment

Flexibility to expand responsibilities and hours over time
