Part-time Outreach Coordinator

PART-TIME OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Career training institute seeks a part-time Outreach Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience working with agencies and organizations within the Washington DC tri-state area to promote our school. This is a part-time position where you will work predominantly from home with some visits to our school, which is located in downtown Washington DC.

Responsibilities:

Conduct introductory calls to various agencies and organizations

Schedule workshops with agencies and organization.

Conduct workshops

Job Specifications/Competencies:

College degree or three experience working within an outreach capacity

Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

Excellent Customer service skills

Ability to multi-task

Solution driven and goal orientated

Comfortable with making multiple phone calls and working with individuals over the phone

Ability to work with technology i.e. PowerPoint, MS Office, Zoom
