Permit Expediter Plumbing, Electric and HVAC– DC, MD, VA

We are a licensed home remodeling and home addition contractor serving Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Permit Expediter who holds active Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC trade licenses and can obtain permits for our projects.

What We Need:

Someone who can efficiently handle all permit-related tasks for residential projects, including:

Home additions

Full home remodels

Bathroom & kitchen remodels

Decks, porches & structural changes

HVAC installations

Electrical & plumbing upgrades

Requirements:

Must hold active Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC licenses (DC/MD/VA preferred)

Proven experience pulling residential permits

Strong understanding of DC, Maryland county permitting systems, and VA county processes

Reliable, accurate, and able to handle multiple projects

Compensation:

Project-based pay (rates negotiable depending on permit type)

Fast payment after permit approval

Ongoing long-term work available

Must be responsive and communicate clearly
