Job purpose: Cover local news for NBC4/T44 and participate in the newsgathering and editorial process.Job DutiesMinimum 2 years experience operating camera, transmission, sound, lighting and editing equipment to cover live and taped eventsMinimum 2 years experience utilizing new and emerging technologies to develop content for NBC4 platformsRespond quickly to breaking news while taking direction and interacting with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room, and appropriate NBC personnelInteract with the assignment desk, reporters/anchors, production, control room and acquisition personnel Work with others efficiently under daily deadline pressureSolve technical issues in the field
