Now Hiring: Hybrid Truck Driver & Property Support Team Member

We’re hiring immediately for a hybrid role that combines property maintenance support, waste and bulk item collection, and truck driving. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual who is eager to grow with our exceptional team!

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles, including a dump truck (non-CDL required).

Drive to properties to pick up large bulk items, furniture, and other miscellaneous items.

Load and unload heavy items (50 lbs+), including bulk trash and furniture.

Maintain clean and presentable apartment properties by picking up small litter and assisting with general upkeep.

Assist maintenance staff as needed.

Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (summer heat, winter cold).

Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

Punctuality is essential—on-time arrival every shift. This is a day-shift position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Clean driving record (must be insurable).

Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting.

Familiarity with the Falls Church and Arlington area is a plus.

Willingness to learn—training provided for the right candidate.

Based in Falls Church, VA, with properties across Arlington, VA.
