Job Duties: Define, develop, and modify software application modules using disciplined development processes. Work on projects that require increased skills in multiple technical environments and possess or develop knowledge of a specific business area. Participate in the project planning process with IT business analysts. Create technical design specifications. Assist in evaluating and providing recommendations for application packages and tools. Assist in the development and test of new modules, upgrades, and fixes. Integrate solutions with other SAP and non-SAP applications. Participate in unit and integration testing activities. Document functions and changes to new or modified modules and test activities. Adhere to quality standards and procedures. Review modules for quality assurance and checks compliance with application standards and SLAs. Make modules production-ready by following release procedures and completing version control documents. Provide ongoing maintenance of programs and interfaces. Provide tier III support and troubleshoot existing information on systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develop solutions. Assist in the development of user guides and training documentation. Development activities and Level-3 technical support, including application architecture, employing one or a range of SAP development tools and including Root Cause Analysis. Define high level AND detailed architecture of the platform, community and related components. Maintain architectural integrity of the application by guiding individual solution designs. Direct all project phases; Initiate, Plan, Execute, Test, Monitor and Control, Close. Lead designers, business analysts and information architects to deliver agreed upon requirements. Define, baseline and maintain a program schedule in PMO schedule management tool. Meet the financial objectives by managing portfolio roadmap, budget, external vendor contracts, resources, and schedules. Effectively communicates program objectives, status, change management, risks and alternatives with senior stakeholders, leadership and executives. Develop, manage, and provide oversight to the packetized and managed services. Manage external vendors, contracts, provide leadership for the success of overall program and teams.

Requirements: Bachelor's, or foreign equivalent, degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related degree and seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a job offered or seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation. Experience must also include one year of experience with each of the following: 1) SAP HR 2) SAP SuccessFactors 3) SAP PI Architecture, 4) SAP ABAP 5) Electronic Data Interchange 6) Plateau report designer. This position requires pre-employment background verification, medical review, and pre-employment drug screening.
