When we succeed, you succeed and together our best becomes better.HOW A PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER - EXCHANGE MESSAGING / INSTANT MESSAGING WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Administering large deployments of Microsoft Exchange environments and messaging systems.
Configuring and supporting the Exchange environment.
Performing regular checks and conduct troubleshooting as necessary.
Providing technical support to end users for software and/or hardware issues.
Troubleshooting and resolving training, networking and software issues.
Utilizing ticketing systems to resolve user problems (Jira).
Serving as technical and functional training expert.
Ensuring the security and integrity of system and product solutions.
Performing research, procurement, deployment and configuration of systems.
Presenting clear, organized & concise information to audiences to enable business decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education : BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related scientific or technical discipline required. MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines preferred.
Required Experience : 17+ years
Required Technical Skills : DoD 8140/8570 IAT III compliance
Security Clearance Level : Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and a T5 or T5R within the last 5 years
Required Skills and Abilities : Strong oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to convey conceptual ideas both written and verbally; Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills : Experience with Microsoft Server 2022
