Product manager As a Product Manager at LoopNet, you will be a driving force in building elegant and polished software which helps tenants and investors find the commercial real estate space of their dreams. You will work with designers and software engineers to bring your product vision to life, and will continue to iterate on your product features post-release by closely monitoring customer feedback and usage metrics. You will also work with the product marketing team to influence go to market strategies for the new customer features that you release.Success in this role is driven by operating with a highly collaborative, team-player mindset. The right candidate will embody a 'we' not 'me' mindset.

HYBRID Environment
  • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
What you'll do

  • Have a deep understanding of who our customers are and identify problems that we can solve for them, through research and data.
  • You will be primarily focused on enhancing and globalizing our LoopLink product and helping, which is a listing management and search tool that brokers embed on their websites.
  • Drive feature development from start to finish, this includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
  • Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage
  • Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.
  • Drive LoopNet's growth by creating world-class consumer experiences online with industry-leading features
  • Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy
Who you are
  • You have digital Product Management experience with a proven track record for delivering industry leading products and solutions
  • You are a strong cross-functional team player. You thrive when working with colleagues from across the organization, including designers, marketers, C-Suite executives, and engineers
  • You have a strong design eye. You can differentiate a great design from a good design
  • You are an excellent communicator. You can simplify complex problems and communicate your vision to both your team and the company's executives.
  • Analytically-savvy. You enjoy digging into data and uncovering insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in coordinating multiple, time sensitive projects and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; experience with SQL/MySQL and Google Analytics ideal
  • Real Estate domain knowledge, primarily Commercial Real Estate, is a plus
  • Has proven track record of growing and scaling product usage and functionalities
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
