3 days onsite; 2 days remote. Client is implementing a short term rental application to support intake, issuance of short term rental licenses as well as perform compliance functions. The project is legislatively mandated and is currently in the implementation phase. Client has chosen an commercial of the shelf product (COTS) to meet its requirements. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the functionality of the Short Term Rental application from beginning to end. Responsibilities:- Using market research to get ideas for features that customers will want.
- Help oversee the design and planning of the app and how to market and promote the app to the public
- Assist with defining product marketing communication objectives
- Provide management with analysis and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
- Specify and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
Skill Required 7-10 yrs. experience managing IT projects11-15 yrs. performing market analysis to determine available systems and/or tools which meet business unit requirements7-10 yrs. experience performing quality assurance tasks such as user acceptance testing Required 711-15 yrs. experience working with customers to gather and document business requirementsBachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience11 Years Experience creating user stories to be used for design and development of a system7 Years Experience with UX design
