Job Title: Program Manager Job Description: Regional public safety programs/assessments coordination o Develop invoices for the regional public safety programs and assessments). o Track invoice payments, including sending reminder emails for assessments and LInX programs o Coordinate the purchase order development check request process o Develop regional program Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) addendum extensions o Update program MOUs as needed o Coordinate program summary updates Urban Areas Security initiative (UASI) sub-award management o Develop Board consent agenda items o Develop and update project management plans (PMP) o Coordinate award letter approval process o Coordinate with accounting department to establish project expenditure (PE) codes o Track Management and Administration (M&A) funding use for each sub-award o Coordinate with contracts staff on the development of sole-source justifications, contracts, etc. Rail Operations Control Center (ROCC) Fire Liaison coordination o Review and process invoices o Update program MOUs as needed o Schedule ROCC Fire Liaison interview as needed o Develop annual program budget Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Education and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in program management and financial tracking; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the major duties of this position. Computer Knowledge and Skills In-depth understanding of the Microsoft (MS) Office Suite of programs, including Excel and Word. Understanding of MS Sharepoint and OneDrive.
