Must Have:- 10+ years of experience with Agile Project Management (Scrum Master or Agile coach), BS degree (or additional 4 years of related experience as substitute for BS), and MS degree (or additional 2 years of related experience as substitute for MS)- Experience operating as a Scrum Master within a IT infrastructure operations environment- Demonstrated experience acting as Agile Coach for multiple teams concurrently- Experience with Scrum & Kanban methodologies- Expert knowledge of Jira Software and writing JQL queries- Experience managing large teams and providing technical guidance- Related Agile Certification from Scrum Alliance or similar organization Nice to Have:- Experience with Agile adoption for large programs- Experience with Jira Portfolio and the Jira structure (Jira Add-ons)- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework environments (SAFe)- Experience with EazyBI & Big Picture Jira Add-ins Certifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI); Certified Scrum Practitioner (Scrum Alliance)
