Project Based Opportunity- Applying for Permits and CofO's

Small company that does individual office rentals has a project based opportunity for someone(s) to apply for our Certificate of Occupancy throughout Northern Virginia, DC and Montgomery County. We have about 18 locations that you would be responsible for applying, responding to county questions and requirements and seeing us through to to obtaining our CofO.

Applicant must have experience working with county inspectors, reading plans and understanding the permitting process.

This is a project based contract and would end once we have obtained all of the CofO's.
