Supports the PMO to develop, design, and provide timely operational and performance metric reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis. Provide reporting solutions that are efficient, accurate, and automated. Work with teams to collect and collate data to support service performance metrics and reporting needs. Consolidate and report on data and metrics produced by the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and other available tools. Build reports in easily understood formats based on reporting best practices. Support innovation efforts to continually refine processes and perform continuous improvement on reporting activities. Cross check reporting for accuracy and integrity.

  • Two to four years of experience in an IT reporting role.
  • Must have strong data manipulation and presentation skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to recognize and troubleshoot data issues / inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to look at data from different perspectives and offer alternative methods of reporting and presentation.
  • Requires excellent IT skills, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Tableau.
  • Understanding of IT end user services and associated performance data, SLA's, and KPI's is desired.
  • Familiarity with reporting modules in ServiceNow and ACDs is desired.
  • Ability to multitask assignments and projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically.
  • Must have a positive and patient customer service attitude.
  • Must be able to obtain agency suitability clearance prior to start date.
