Longeviti LLC is searching for an Executive Assistant – Project Management Specialist NCR. Longeviti seeks an Executive Assistant – Project Management Specialist NCR to provide mission support to the US Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital OPS/ADMIN Support Service.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Must

    have an active Secret security clearance. Only candidates with a current Secret clearance will be considered.
  • Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis
  • Coordinate and facilitate the completion of tasks to support business operations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Performs all functional duties identified above independently

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, Associate’s degree with 7 years of additional relevant work experience, or 9 years additional relevant experience
