-Small residential real estate company (3 employees) seeking an assistant to the Property Manager that has these qualities:

-Reliable, on time to all meetings, organized, honest, enjoys working with people, solving problems, can manage online ads, facilitates showings of open apartments (NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!)

-This person must have a vehicle.

-Leave policy is very flexible so long as you are good at your job and organized

-You would be a 1099 contractor working 40 hours per week

-$40k per year with off-season access to a summer rental apartment in Lewes, Delaware (beach town)
