Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Real Estate Acquisitions Closer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the front line of our acquisitions pipeline—building rapport with property owners, identifying distressed or off-market opportunities, and negotiating win-win purchase agreements.

This is a Base + commission position with high earning potential. Performers earn $5,000–$15,000/month.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with warm leads provided by our marketing team

Make outbound calls to property owners and build rapport quickly

Evaluate seller motivation and property condition to qualify leads

Analyze property values using comps and internal tools

Negotiate purchase terms and contracts with sellers

Work closely with the dispositions and transaction team to close deals

Track leads and pipeline activity in CRM daily

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience (real estate, phone sales, or commission-based preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable making 20–50 calls per day

Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable

High energy and a positive attitude

No real estate license required
