Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Pay: $27-$30

As a full-time Receptionist, you'll work Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Your role will involve coordinating and supporting various services, including Concierge, Conference & Meeting Room Management, Catering Coordination, and more. You'll be the face of our organization, ensuring guests, clients, and staff are greeted warmly and all administrative tasks are handled with precision and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:

Warmly greet visitors, clients, attorneys, and staff, fostering a welcoming environment.

Manage multi-line phone systems and assist with visitor access and security procedures.

Schedule conference room meetings and assist with event coordination, including ordering food and beverages.

Assist with office facilities management, including workspace setup, equipment maintenance, and supplies restocking.

Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining reception area cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and handle emergencies efficiently.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software.

Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
