The Regional Project Manager will report to Vice President or higher.The Regional PM will work closely with both field and executive leadership to deliver on organizational goals related to safety, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance and financial targets.The Regional PM will be expected to foster and promote safety, customer satisfaction, budget management and contract compliance.The Regional PM will help foster positive client relationships in their respective area and will be the subject matter expert on their respective DOT’s requirements and processes.The Regional PM will be responsible for ensuring that Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers understand all MRP and/or AMPER processes and goals and compliance elements of each contract and will insert themselves in to any underperforming operationsMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Provide leadership and assistance to support the day-to-day operations of the asset management business unit. Work closely with operations leadership teams to: Maintain company culture at the project level. Establish KPIs and goals that are both challenging and attainable.Evaluate results and determine effectiveness.Identify and correct performance discrepancies, and financial shortfalls. Support and lead the team to overcome challenges by finding and implementing creative solutions. Work with operational teams to develop and implement detailed, specific, operational plans. Apply problem-solving skills to address any productivity or efficiency challenges. Embrace Safety as a core value and establish/maintain a culture of safety down to the front line employee. Help drive innovation at the project level. Evaluate existing talent and elevate individual performance through mentorship, coaching and collaboration. Motivate and encourage employees at all levels including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members  Ensure projects remain compliant with State regulations and contractual terms and requirements at all times Assist with operational plans and staffing for proposals and new projects
