Overview

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a

Requirements Analyst in the

Washington, DCarea. This role can be

fully remote.

Position Overview

As a Requirements Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex client problems to formulate technical solutions and document functional and technical requirements. Translate user needs to system requirements by generating a variety of requirement documentation including interactive user interface mock-ups, use cases, client ready briefings, requirements traceability matrices, and software requirement specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with working in cross-functional teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requests
  • Ability to interact successfully with executives and facilitate large scale meetings with hands-on government clients, including senior staff
  • Ability to gather, understand, and communicate client business requirements and translate into potential solutions
  • Possession of excellent problem solving, client relationship, facilitation, and management skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience with IT services, software development methodologies, or technology deployments
  • Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Experience creating mock-ups with Azure

Preferred Experience
  • Project Management or Agile certification preferred
  • Experience with JIRA preferred
