RN (Non-Medical)

SaaZ Home Care, LLC is currently looking for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse to join.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, performing new client admissions, re-assessments, resumption of care visits, face-to-face supervisory visits as scheduled, conducting health education activities, reviewing the Plan of Care with the client/family and the personal care aide or companion staff, supervising LPNs, creating and submitting service authorizations, collaborating with insurance care coordinators and support coordinators, and communicating issues promptly to the office for a quick resolution.

A criminal background check will be conducted once a conditional job offer is given.

License/Certification:

Virginia Nursing License (Required)

Monday - Friday; fixable hours
