We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National CM Contract Lead to manage the fabrication of large Consumable Contract deals and drive business growth in key segments, including ECG, SPO2, NIBP, etCO2, and Batteries. This position plays a crucial role in managing contracts efficiently, maximizing commercial and operational performance, and building strong customer relationships to support our ongoing success.Your role:
Develop and Implement contract strategies for each region within territory with a focus on contract funnel creation, accurate quarterly forecasting, communication of demand planning uplift to supply chain for key opportunities, leading local team collaboration and strategic execution.
Identify and qualify volume driven contracts designs for ECG, SPO2, etCO2, NIBP and Batteries and efficiently manage contract creation and execution, with a strong focus on consumable contracts (LSP, EAA, PSP and others).
Execute on the full end to end sales process, with the design of financial and business models to optimize contract deals. Report out quarterly on customer spend tracking to annual commitment with clear plans to support continued growth and portfolio expansion.
Design and implement a full IDN Strategy within contracts and build/nurture key customer relationships. Identify and build local/regional reference accounts and KOLs.
Collaborate with strategic partner sales leaders and teams to identify and drive new opportunities, including qualifying and understanding customer needs, creating solutions, and securing long-term contract deals. Develop regional customer references and internal best practices based on current contracted customer base.
Lead the development and delivery of customer presentations, covering clinical, operations, and financial positioning and benefits. As well as attend customer presentations to address objections and answer questions.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
Strong clinical background and understanding of healthcare workflows.
Proven experience in contract management, business development, or sales in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of clinical measurement products, including ECG, SPO2, NIBP, etCO2, and Batteries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills including problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide creative solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, both remotely and onsite.

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $148,000 to $210,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
