Requirements:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited University
2-4 years of sales and marketing experience
1-2 years in the behavioral health field (preferred)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Experience in business development and marketing research
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Experience utilizing social media and other marketing platforms is a plus
Able to work on-site
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Versatility to cultivate cold calls into new relationships
Maintain and strengthen current business relationships
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Represent Interdynamics, Inc. in political, business, and other social arenas
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of business prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospital social workers and programs
Networking in the MD and DC area
Promote services to agencies to obtain contracts
Visit Parole and Probation offices to discuss services provided at Interdynamics Inc.
Responsible for doing facility drop-in on staff, ensuring staff is productive according to Interdynamics standards, and to continue building relationships with vendors.
Inform vendors of our walk-in clinic services, for referrals
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts
