The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient with technology, and have the ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

- Utilize computer systems to track sales, manage orders, and maintain detailed records.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.


- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with computers, including email and CRM systems.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Fluent in English; Conversational Spanish is preferred but not required.

- Ability to pass a background check.


- This position offers a lucrative 100% commission-based pay structure with unlimited earning potential. Commissions are earned as a percentage of the revenue generated by the customers you bring on board and are paid out weekly based on their purchases.
