DescriptionSales, RVPLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations in Atlanta, GA., Tampa, FL., Miami, FL., Charlotte, NC., Virginia and Washington DC.The Sales, RVP responsible for directing sales and retention strategy for large complex accounts. Our ideal candidate has a proven track-record in generating new business, broker/client/consultant relations and partner collaboration. Typical group size is 2,500+ eligible or enrolled subscribers.How You Will Make an Impact:

Directs and coordinates account sales activities related to medical, wellness, and specialty product sales.

Supports account finalist opportunities for new sales and account management.

Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growth.

Develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.

Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Excellent managerial and leadership skills and extensive knowledge of local and national markets and health insurance sales including direct to employer sales is highly preferred.

Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making.

Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams and Salesforce highly preferred.

Sales license necessary, if required by law.
