• Position: Salesforce Developer

• Location: Washington, DC

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Should have 5 years of strong experience as Full Stack Developer
• At least 2 years of experience with the agile development methodology.
• Experience in application development and administration in Salesforce.
• Platform knowledge about OutSystem and Appian environments.
• Experience working with Git and application developers.
• Be able to write REST APIs from web applications.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is a plus
• Be able to work in a team.
• Be able to manage to multitask.
• Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries
• Experience with 508 accessibility standards

• Work as an Application Engineer in a Software as Service Team for application development and support.
• Perform development and administration of the Salesforce environment.
• Lead team and contribute individually.
• Develop proof of concepts and provide solutions for technical complexity.
• Production support and performance improvements.
• Create, develop, and deliver feature requests using declarative tools and detailed knowledge of Flows, case management, object configuration, validation rules, and app builder, etc.
• Developing and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support the successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure that Salesforce integrates seamlessly with other processes, systems, and applications where applicable.
