Salesforce Tech Lead - District of Columbia - $170k/year

Salesforce Tech Lead needed to join a skilled and passionate team working on various exciting and challenging projects. Be the leader of a brand-new Salesforce implementation while also supporting internal teams' internal org configurations. The ideal candidate will thrive on the team's success in producing high-quality results while operating within the company's frameworks and practices.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years as a software developer, head-down writing code
  • "Salesforce App Builder" and "Developer" certifications
  • Proficient in Git, lightning web components, and modern JavaScript languages (React preferred).
  • Proficiency in the following technical artifacts (for current and future states): Data Model / ERD, System Landscape, Integration Orchestration Design / Process Flows, data flow diagrams, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform technologies and understand the limitations, feature functionality, and clouds.
  • A background in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (examples: Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho) will be preferred
  • Salesforce Developer II certification (optional)
