Full Job Description:

LuminoCity is looking for a talented and enthusiastic performer to bring the magic of Santa Claus to life this holiday season!

We are seeking someone who can embody the classic look and joyful spirit of Santa Claus for live appearances, photos, meet-and-greets, and an interactive holiday show. This is a seasonal, independent contractor position.

Responsibilities:

Portray Santa Claus in costume for the Festival.

Interact warmly with children, families, and guests to create memorable holiday experiences.

Pose for photos and participate in scripted or improvised entertainment.

Maintain a professional, cheerful, and reliable presence at all times.

Requirements:

Comfortable wearing a full Santa costume, wig, and beard (provided).

Ability to maintain the traditional Santa look (costume, makeup, and accessories will support the transformation).

Strong improvisation and people-engagement skills.

Punctual, responsible, and great with children and families.

Previous performance, acting, or entertainment experience a plus.

Additional Details:

This is a character look-alike performance role. Applicants of all backgrounds are welcome—costumes provided.

Position is seasonal.

Qualifications:

Valid ID to work in the U.S.

Be aware that you are representing the LuminoCity brand, which includes knowing the basics of the company/event details

Team player, a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

Ability to stand for extended periods and be comfortable working outside

Be fluent in English

Have excellent customer service skills

Be able to operate basic technology

Be professional, punctual, hardworking, extroverted, and flexible
