SCADA Manager

We are seeking an experienced

• Perform project management and system wide planning efforts; maintains the
  SCADA Master Plan and strategic
  SCADA system planning
• Manages staff and assigns work; actively involved in employee career development, performance goals and reviews
• Manage
  SCADA system equipment, components, and assets including maintaining and developing equipment databases, software licenses, and application and configuration backups
• Plans and develops
  SCADA network and communications architecture and system wide communications planning and selection of components; works with staff on implementation of security policies and network routing configurations
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the
  SCADA system cyber security program
• Identifies areas of improvement in the
  SCADA system, necessary upgrades, and develops engineering solutions to resolve problems and optimize utility services

• Over 10 years of related professional experience.
• At least 2 years of related
  SCADA management experience.
• Experience creating project plans, scope, resource and risk management
• Experience includes design and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems.
• Sound knowledge of
  PLC and
  SCADA HMI systems
• Excellent communication skills
