Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring activities in the Bar and around the exterior of the building

Handles security issues or emergency situations appropriately

Ensures a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control and monitoring

Establishes and enforces security procedures for protection of members, guests and employees and their property; recommends additional controls and procedural changes to management that will provide increased protection

Cooperates with area law enforcement agencies in the investigation of incidents including the exchange of reports and information as required

Skills and requirements:

Experience in a security position preferred

Ability to read and speak English is required

Exceptional communication skills

Excellent attention to details

Outstanding ability to work effectively in teams of diverse people and organizations

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communications, and problem-solving skills
