Seeking Direct Support Caretaker to Work with Teen with Autism (Silver

The Center for Autism Support and Training is seeking a part-time, one-on-one direct support caretaker to work with well-behaved male teen with autism in Silver Spring

Provide training in daily living skills and mentorship to individual, working on a range of goals that help them improve in the areas of hygiene, recreation, chores, community activities, communications, use of money and more.

This position is an afternoon and evening shift position from 2:30 – 7:30 pm, Monday-Friday in Silver Spring

Applicants should have their own car and car insurance, and should be caring, warm. self-motivated, flexible individuals.

Must pass a Federal/State background check to work with children

Experience ensures a higher salary, but we provide training.

Hourly rates vary depending on experience levels, but salaries are in the range of $19-$24 per hour.
