Seeking Experienced P&C Insurance Agent ($45k-$75k a year) Remote Work

We are seeking an experienced agent to join our team. We have been serving our community for almost 15 years and we are looking to add an agent. As an independent agency, we represent almost a dozen carriers such as Nationwide, Progressive, Safeco, Travelers, and Geico. This gives us the ability to search for the best option to meet our clients needs. We are looking for an agent with prior P&C sales experience and already licensed. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation includes a base salary, health insurance stipend, competitive commission rate up to 50%, and annual bonuses. The typical compensation range for this position in our agency is $45k-$75k a year for agents based on production. Job Responsibilities include new policy sales, cross-selling existing clients, and developing referral sources.

We have been servicing the Fort Washington community since 2011. We have 2 very experienced customer service representatives to help alleviate service needs and allow our agents to focus on sales. We operate mostly remote but we do have an office to assist clients as needed. We are seeking a self-motivated sales associate to help with the continued growth of our agency.
