Our client, a well-known government institution is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to be responsible for ensuring that the technical environment and team knowledge is in place to ensure the projects can operate in an Agile manner.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Senior Agile Coach:
  • At least 5 situations dealing with multiple teams using Agile Project Management and Software Development Practices
  • 1+ years of experience doing TDD
  • Proven experience educating others the purpose of LMP-Lean Portfolio Management, Scaling (SAFe), Software Configuration Management, Deployment, Continuous Integration, Unit Test frameworks, Agile Project Management
  • Experience delivering team training that than ensures knowledge transfer
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Technical, Product Management, Project Management or User Experience
  • Ability to resolve impediments that exist outside of the team environment
  • Strong understanding and ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile Practices
  • Ability to explain and implement DevOps, Continuous Development, and Continuous Deployment
  • Solid understanding of refactoring including refactoring to patterns
  • Deep understanding of emergent design / incremental architecture
  • Demonstrated expertise working with KANBAN or SCRUMBAN
