We are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst to providing business process analysis and improvement services.

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate business processes and document requirements.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Perform requirements analysis
Document and communicate gap analysis.
Effectively communicate requirements and designs with cross-functional team members and management.
Ensure requirements meet business needs and scope.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Update and maintaining requirements and designs.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

Position Requirements:

Experience working with technical lead, implementation/software vendor and other stakeholders to create detailed technical requirements such as hardware/software, application monitoring, recovery time objective (RTO), recovery point objective (RPO), system capacity, accessibility, mobility, security, information technology general controls, etc.
Experience with developing detailed use cases and user flows documents(s) that will demonstrate all requirements gathered
Experience with creating detailed current and future state business process diagrams
Experience with creating detailed data considerations including conversion, transformation, and migration of existing business data
Experience with creating detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Experience with creating detailed reporting requirements including data elements
Experience with creating detailed business rules
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environment using SCRUM methodologies
Competent with Microsoft Visio, Office 365, HP-ALM, SQL-Database, SAP, etc.
