job detailsjob summary:This Senior Change Manager/SAFe Consultant position with Randstad in Washington, DC, requires a seasoned change management professional to drive organizational improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience ing Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles. Lead change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice

Develop and implement communication strategies and change impact assessments

Facilitate stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops

Design and execute new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs

Create and conduct ADKAR survey assessments to monitor change adoption

Lead training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events (e.g., Lean Coffee, Book Clubs)

Manage collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard, JIRA, and Confluence

Provide expertise in SAFe PI Planning and agile project management
