This position is contingent upon contract awardAmentum is seeking a Senior Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analyst to support an upcoming Department of Energy (DOE) contract. This person will support overt collection activities and make recommendations necessary to synchronize, optimize, manage, manage, and deconflict overt collection operations. Specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to:Essential Duties:
Develops and uses advanced queries to provide collection metrics to support analytic product.
Maintains cognizance of the DOE collection environment, enterprise capabilities and limitations to effectively advise collection management strategies.
Collects and maintains reporting, evaluation, and usage metrics to assist in the collection management mission.
Utilizes available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/collection performance.
Identifies and presents Collection Management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly.
Leads the production of Collection Posture Statements, Operating Directives, Source Panel, Capabilities Statements, Integrated Collection Strategies, and Collection Emphasis Messages.
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS SCI). A Q clearance is highly desired.
Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferably in a field related to geopolitical/national security studies or another relevant field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Must have formal HUMINT collection training from at least one (1) of the following courses (or equivalent): The defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC); Advanced Military Source Operations Course (AMSOC); Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC);Defense Advanced tradecraft (DATC); Joint Military Attache School (JMAS); Advanced Special Operations Technique Course (ASOTC); Advanced Human Intelligence Operations Course (AHOC); Advanced CI Collection Course (SCICC); Field Tradecraft Course (FTC); or any other official HUMINT training course providing certification to MSOC 3 or higher.
Must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in executing human intelligence (HUMINT) collection and generating raw intelligence reporting.
Must have demonstrated evidence of excellent, strategic-level debriefing and intelligence reporting writing skills.
Must be able to deal effectively with individuals at all levels often under the pressure of fast breaking, ambiguous situations.
