DescriptionEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Leads business analysis, across multiple teams for Global Supply Chain & Trade and includes leadership of: Requirements Management, Design, fit/gap analysis, Implementation, Deployment, and process continuous improvement.

Partner with Process, and Operations leaders to establish and improve process standardization & simplification while leveraging existing and new technologies.

Oversight of Project Planning and Execution, while reporting on project health, issues, risk and action resolution and mitigation.

Collaborate and influence the overall solution design, architect, and process & functional integration

Participates in a cross-functional team environment and partner with other organizations to deliver solutions in an agile framework to support the design and implementation of a Global supply chain.

Act as a project leader on Supply Chain, warehouse management, Transportation management, Global Trade projects.

Ensures the integrity of relevant Global Supply Chain processes and SOX controls for Cordis business systems.

Guides users and the Global Supply Chain organization in a consulting role and acts as their single point of contact to the entire IT organization.

Provides technical leadership in the Global Supply Chain community and assists in the alignment of business activities.

In partnership with IT vendors manages enhancements, support packages and upgrade projects by working with end users in gathering detailed requirements, analyzing business processes, design, configuration, documentation, and testing using Cordis' Global execution methodology.

Provide Business Relationship Management with global Supply chain Stakeholders.

Education & Experience QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IS, or related field required.

Graduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Information Technology with practical experience in leading Global Supply Chain business systems.

Working knowledge of JDE ERP, 3rd party WMS systems, global trade systems and processes.

Integration experience with 3rd party WMS and knowledge of middleware highly recommended.

Good understanding and practical experience of the integration points between logistics, transportation with core JDE ERP modules.

Must exhibit a strong process management orientation.

Knowledge with FDA CFR Part 11 Software Validation processes and regulated systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written (using Microsoft Office applications) and verbal are required for interaction with various levels of management and peers

Preferred ExperienceExperience of working in a supply chain function with exposure to major large, complex multi country end to end transformation programs.

Experience operating in a team lead capacity.

MBA or Masters in technical/business relevant field of study.
