Ardent is seeking a

Senior Low/No Code Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a

Remote

position, located in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.

Position Description:

Ardent is seeking a

Senior Low/No Code Solutions Architect , specializing in Low/No Code to support a new contract for DHS. This project is in support of the CBP (Customs and Border Protection), developing enterprise solutions to respond to the rapidly changing law-enforcement landscape. The optimal candidate will have expert level experience in Salesforce or ServiceNow and an advanced understanding of the other platform. This position will serve as the technical architect for the program and as such should be comfortable setting a vision and leading a team towards executing that vision. The role will also require the ability to brief technical solutions to executive stakeholders at the highest levels at DHS.This individual will have the opportunity to support a DHS mission critical system and lead a strong technical team while leveraging cutting edge low-code solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Expert experience with low/no code

    SalesForce and/

    or Service Now platforms
  • Experience with designing and implementing technical solutions for enterprises in Salesforce
  • Experience with designing and implementing technical solutions for enterprises in ServiceNow
  • Comfort architecting solutions for cloud applications both SaaS and IaaS
  • Experience serving as technical lead of an Agile team.
  • Ability to manage multiple levels of external stakeholders when establishing requirements and prioritization
  • Comfortable working with executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams to achieving desired outcomes
  • Ability to set a vision and rally a team to achieve that vision

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8 Years of experience with at least 4 years’ experience in support of low/no code platforms such as Salesforce/ServiceNow
  • Certification in major Low/No code platform such as ServiceNow or Salesforce

Preferred:
  • Previous experience supporting DHS and existing DHS EOD a
  • Experience implementing Kubernetes platform solutions
  • Experience implementing RPA solutions
