As a Senior Professional Reports Developer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell's industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. .
  • Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
  • Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.
  • Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
  • Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
  • Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.
  • Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced knowledge of Report development. Able to assist users with complex capabilities guiding them on how to resolve their questions
  • Strong development skills in SSRS, Tableau, Cognos or Power BI and data analytics and visualizations
  • Ability to use scripting languages to leverage Reporting service APIs (JavaScript API, Data Extract API, REST API).
  • Knowledge of Reporting tools best practices for scalability, performance, content management and governance
  • Understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong SQL query skills

The pay range for this position is $79,900.00 - $99,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
