From the manager:- Scrum Coach Senior, initially remote but must be willing be on-site in McLean,
- 7 plus years of exp as Scrum Master/Coach
- Mortgage or Financial is highly preferred.
- Day to day activities would include Interacting with teams, understanding the blockers and resolve risks/issues, scrum ceremonies/plan releases, tracking iterations, escalate issues, Release Management, deployment activities, understanding budgets, understanding technical issues,
- Candidates must have some high-level understanding of technologies like Java APi, Spark or AWS, Jira and Confluence, Change/Release management experience, Agile and Scrum.
- Any certifications would be helpful, prefer CSM Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP)
