- Minimum of 3 years of technical writing experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Preferred experience in Agile methodologies
- Knowledge Management
- SharePoint content administration.
- Process-based experience, knowledge, and/or certification (e.g. Agile, ITIL, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma)
- Experience creating and/or editing a myriad of training, promotional, professional, and technical content (e.g., pamphlets, articles, one-pagers, executive summaries, copy/content for websites/web pages, charters, instruction sets, SOPs, user guides, white papers)
- Create and/or editing infographics, icons, graphics, and screenshots for user documentation.
- Experience maintaining and improving existing templates, as well as researching and developing new templates.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
- Demonstrable spoken and written mastery of the English language
- Work closely with Staff and Leadership to define and implement changes to existing documents or design new documents.
- Assists subject matter experts to define processes and structures to create documentation and develop communications strategies.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into useable, audience-appropriate text and graphics.
- Able to synthesize writing by multiple authors, creating consistent voice, logical development and organization, appropriate style/formatting, and conformity to grammar, while ensuring appropriate audience focus and readability throughout text.
- Customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
- Monitor routing of signature approval process and workflow of assigned documents to ensure document meets timelines.
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining documentation libraries for all documents.
- Experience using SharePoint for content and document and content management.
