- Employs a variety of user experience techniques, focused on discovery and research that will aid in the development of personas and journey maps, and service and product optimization.
- Creates and develops end user service strategy and roadmap.
- Responsible for planning and conducting research at the various stages of the product or service lifecycle.
- Analyze data and leverage findings to identify opportunities and influence strategies.
- Demonstrates understanding of end user needs and goals, and identifies user requirements to shape, prioritize and optimize the end user experience.
- Develops a picture of the end user ecosystem in order to identify opportunities to map solutions to user and business needs.
- Creates/supports the development of visual artifacts (e.g. journey maps and service blueprints) to facilitate decision making and prioritization.
- Leverages qualitative and quantitative user data and trends to identify opportunities and guide user-centered design strategies.
- Partners with business and product teams to identify key experience metrics to baseline, monitor and measure.
- Presents outcomes in written and verbal format to senior management and division management.
- Lead in creating and marketing division user experience program, train and share knowledge with other team members.
- Provide communication support to Client IT Function as needed.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in user experience, human computer interaction, psychology, product management, business system analysis or related area.
- Experience with quantitative methods such as surveys, tree testing, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional presenter who can communicate research findings to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Possess strong UX subject matter expertise including information architecture, user interface design, Design Thinking, and design strategy
- Ensure the success of the UX strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience
- Cultivate an environment of collaboration and experimentation using Design Thinking, Lean Methods, and Agile processes to create a world-class participant experience that drives positive participant outcomes
