- Outline a roadmap for Workday enhancements and manage the day to day system configurations
- Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Stay current on industry standards, provide suggestions to achieve clean configurations and streamlined processes
- Design/implement requirements in Workday HCM
- Utilize Workday's Implementation Methodology and advice HR/users on best practices
- Management and administration of Workday modules and subsystems
- Manage data integrity, develop audit strategy and schedules, conduct data audits
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of HRIS or IT systems/applications management experience
- 3+ years of experience with Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Leave and Absence
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, customer service and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data for key trends
