- 8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Service Mapping experience. Experience must include the successful completion of all the Service Mapping related activities such as debugging patterns and probes, troubleshooting logs to resolve errors, creating new patterns to map required services, and modifying existing patterns to fit the organization’s configuration
- Completed the service mapping of at least 50 large and complex applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience mapping of Cloud (PaaS, IaaS) and hybrid applications
- Ability to comprehend, modify and create server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, Windows scripting and Powershell
- Intermediate knowledge and ability in Server Administration across OS platforms, including the understanding of described domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects and the execution of sudo policies
- Understanding protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST
- Familiarity with the XML, and JSON/script language concepts
- Knowledge of Web and Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, and Virtualization (WebSphere, MQ, IIS, Apache, VMware)
- Intermediate Windows and Unix administration skills
- Familiarity with network concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, NAT, load balancing)
- Familiarity with CyberArk as external ServiceNow credential store
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
