As a valued leader on our team, you will play a role in defining customer and performance measures focusing on completeness, timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction. You may engage with customers to understand business needs and priorities and manage the team responsible for delivering those outcomes. You will recommend and manage efforts related to the implementation of process improvements to increase customer value, as well as identify and resolve customer problems, process exceptions, and risks.

The SF Credit Operations NPL/RPL Transactions Senior Manager (Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Manage the team responsible for customer issues and manage third party service level agreements (SLA).Manage review of exception requests, including escalation and production incidents.Partner with leaders on design and execution of  process improvements.Review and guide team on data analysis, forecasting, capacity management, and loan quality modeling.Manage efforts and provide recommendations related to process performance and risk assessments.
